Can your project managers work remotely?

Yes. Most of our projects are managed remotely. However, on-sight project management is available if needed.

What PM tools do you use?

Our preferred tools are Asana, InstaGantt, Slack, Google Drive. However, some clients prefer to use other tools like Trello or even the Microsoft suite of products. We’re flexible!

What if I don't need a full-time project manager?

No Problem! We can provide a project manager on a part-time basis for simple project coordination. Let’s discuss your requirements.

Can your project managers interact with my clients?

Yes, if you need us to. Our project managers can be placed in client-facing roles and will represent you and your company.

Will you work with my 3rd party vendors?

Absolutely. Our goal is to represent you and protect your business priorities. We’re great at collaborating with your team and your vendor’s team to make sure your projects are flawlessly executed.
